shopping

While James was at his acupressure treatment, mama and papa mun and I went to Nordstrom Rack. We went out separate ways for a little bit. But after an unsuccessful hunt on my end, I joined mama mun and was a good daughter in law: holding the clothes she picked, taking it off the hanger for her to try, saying it looks nice, and what not.

Here and there she'd pull something out and say, "Isn't this cute?" or "You should try this." Usually it's fine. But today she pulled out a neon (I mean, NEON) yellow wind breaker and a colorful shirt with a pattern that resembles that of a Navajo quilt. -_- I just gave a polite smile and said, "Oh, yeah..." gave it a touch and put it back.

I'd rather wear:
M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E

  1. oh mannnnnn!!! i never know what to do when the in-laws actually buy and surprise me with these things. it's especially hard when they ask "isn't it pretty?" or worse, "do you like it?" -_-

  2. ahhh hahaahah! annieeee!!! i remember last thanksgiving, we were getting ready to go to debbie's wedding and j's mom tried so hard to convince me that i should wear this faux fur thing (like this: http://www.furoutlet.com/images/CRYSTAL-FOX-BOLERO-26_a.jpg) instead of my cardigan. i had to politely decline SO MANY TIMES before she finally gave up.
